Domain Verification

To verify your domain you need to add a TXT record to your domain's DNS settings. To complete the verification follow the next steps:

  1. Log in to your Register.com Account.
  2. Hover over Domains, then choose Manage.
  3. Choose Manage next to the domain name on the following page.
  4. Scroll and look for the Advanced Technical Settings, then click Edit TXT (SPF) Records.
  5. Host Name: Enter ‘_amazonses’
  6. TXT Record: Enter the value provided by MoonMail.
  7. Click Continue, then Continue again.

SPF

To set up the SPF you need to add a TXT record to your domain's DNS settings. The following steps will show you how to add a SPF:

  1. From Advanced Technical Settings, then click Edit TXT (SPF) Records.
  2. Host Name: Leave the field blank
  3. TXT Record: Enter the value provided by MoonMail.
  4. Click Continue, then Continue again.

Important: If you already have an existing SPF record, then edit the existing record and add ‘include:amazonses.com’ in the record and click save.

DKIM

To set up the DKIM you need to add the CNAME records to your domain's DNS settings. The following steps will show you how to add a DKIM records:

  1. Log in to your Register.com Account.
  2. Hover over Domains and choose Manage.
  3. On the next page choose Manage next to the domain name.
  4. Scroll and look for the Advanced Technical Settings. Click Edit CNAME (Domain Aliases) Records.
  5. Alias: Enter the name provided by MoonMail.
  6. Points to: Enter the value provided by MoonMail.
  7. Click Continue, then Continue again.

Go to your sender in MoonMail and click on ‘Check Status’ to see if was successfully added.
